Description:

Mercedes Mixed Use Complex is situated in close proximity to the historical defesive stone walls of Topkapi, Istanbul. This expansive complex offers a diverse range of amenities, including acommodations, a business center, entertainment facilities, dining options, a cultural center, and hospitality services.

The complex comprises 288-residential units, a 288-room hotel, a cultural center with a capacity of 300 people, 300 commercial units, and Mercedes Administrative Building.
